POM Foundation is a CSR initiative of Sarfarosh Foundation , a registered trust owned by Puri Oil Mills Limited (POML) having its registered office at Gandhi Road, Moga Punjab -142001. The aim of this initiative is to trigger social and economic change in various sectors, to recognize and reward change-makers who, in their own small way, are working for India’s betterment and uplifting of down trodden.

Prior to participation in this initiative, it is advisable that you take a couple of minutes to read the following Terms & Conditions and ensure that you understand and are aware of them. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, do not use the website and/or participate in the initiative. These Terms & Conditions are unconditionally and irrevocably binding on all person/s that access the website and participate in the initiative.

E. Silent hero(s), who is not recognized by any NGO, government and other Institutions. This is a responsibility of person who is nominating the silent hero. If found by us this nomination will be canceled without any notice.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. This initiative is open only to nominate the residents of India only who is over the age of 18 (eighteen) years and by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you confirm the same. Sarfarosh Foundation shall not be liable for any breach of these conditions. NRI can also nominate any Indian resident only.
2. By participating in the initiative, you agree to provide rights to Sarfarosh Foundation to use your images (if any are uploaded), messages, posts and tweets for the purposes of the campaign and for furthering the POM Foundation v CSR initiative.
3. By participating in this initiative and providing your name, mobile number and email address, you authorize SARFAROSH Foundation to have access to and store the information and such information will be subject to, and treated in accordance with, the policies and practices described in the Privacy Policy.
4. There are no prizes to be given to the person who is nominating silent hero at the end of the initiative, as the objective of the campaign is to get more and more people to participate in the initiative.
5. You hereby consent and agree that you have read and fully understood the Privacy Policy in respect of the website. SARFAROSH Foundation will use and protect any personal information you provide on this website in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. You acknowledge and warrant that SARFAROSH Foundation has not instigated and/ or forced you to participate in the Sarfarosh initiative and that your participation has been voluntarily made by you.
7. You are prohibited from using this website for any of the following activities:
   • Any activity that does or has the potential to infringe upon the properties and/or legal rights (including privacy rights) of others.
   • Any activity that defames, disgraces, slanders, libels and/or threatens others and/or POML.

   • In Violation of Intellectual Property of another

   SARFAROSH Foundation reserves exclusive rights to remove any such material/content that may fall under either/all of the aforementioned categories. Only that content which is relevant to the topics discussed on the page will be allowed to stand.

SARFAROSH Foundation may from time to time, initiate various other online and offline initiatives regarding matters of social and public concern, the details of which shall be posted on the website. You are encouraged to read and be a part of these initiatives. All online campaigns being initiated by SARFAROSH Foundation for POM Foundation are with the best interests of the public at large. While SARFAROSH Foundation will try to provide regular updates and information, in relation to such campaigns on the website, the trust will not be writing/ responding to you individually. Registration does not guarantee participation. It shall be at discretion of the Company to decide on the eligibility of a participant, member or nominee.
